A WhatsApp group to aid peer-to-peer accountability and keep those good intentions on track, plus a 1:1 30-minute online coaching session for an identified individual. (Two-weeks after the offsite)
The Momentum Builder
A 30-minute team Zoom with a coach/facilitator to remove any limiting factors and build on intrinsic motivation before your next offsite.
(One month after the offsite).
A WhatsApp group to aid peer-to-peer accountability and keep those good intentions on track, plus a 1:1 30-minute online coaching session for an identified individual. (Two-weeks after the offsite)
The Momentum Builder
