Dora has spent the last 8 years in different capacities in the startup ecosystem – as Chief of Staff, founder, angel investor, mentor, and coach. She now works with seriesA+ CEOs, their Chiefs of Staff and leadership teams as they start scaling their business.

In her past ‘corporate life', as one of the first hires of SoftBank’s $100B Vision Fund, she helped to get the business operations up and running both in Silicon Valley and in London, as their first Chief of Staff.

At Google, she spent two years focused on managing the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process across the Global Business Organization, aligning strategy and execution at the annual and quarterly levels.
