We have venue hire options from £30 per person per day (venue only) and accommodation from £40 per person per night (glamping, shared room). We recommend a minimum budget of £150 per person, with the average £250-£1,000 per person (excluding travel).

We’ve supported teams from 5 to 150 people! We find the smaller the group, the greater the impact; 20-35 people is the sweet spot.

All WorkTripp suppliers go through an application and approval process. As part of the BCorp family, we favour venues set in nature, with strong sustainability credentials and links to their community. We ask every supplier to sign up to our Sustainability Charter.
Venues must have experience hosting business groups. Most are independently-run , or small collectives that share our values. Many have been recommended to us by our community. All offer character and ‘wow’ factor to make your trip memorable.
Facilitators, coaches and retreat organisers can only join WorkTripp via invitation. We rely on recommendations from our community to identify and showcase the best. Each listing displays the supplier’s accreditations and testimonials. Workshops are selected according to common team-development themes and run by experts with proven ability to build trust, communication and alignment.
We value reliable, responsive, and trustworthy communication and have a strict Code of Conduct. Anyone subverting this is removed from the platform.
