Working on your corporate transition to net zero but stuck?

  • "Standing on the clifftops singing to the sea (yes literally) and hearing about the realities of climate change brought our goal to life and was the rallying cry we needed. Educating ourselves more on nature and climate change is now part of our strategy."

  • “No one will protect what they don't care about; and no one will care about what they have never experienced”

    - David Attenborough

Custom-designed, nature-based retreat and offsite programmes - as a one-off or series - to take your team into places of inspiration and insight that you never knew existed.

Working together to ask the question “what would nature ask of us if we could hear her answer?” Facilitated with challenge and insight by inspirational leaders.

Experiences that connect to head and heart. Together. With joy, and purpose.

  • How?

Come with us and commit to a new kind of Three Peaks Challenge that the world, your business, and future generations need you to take.

  • 0 - The Walk In.

On your way to explore the peaks, you need to traverse the Valley of Uncertainty. For too long we’ve valued certain answers rather than good questions, and that’s got us into trouble. We’ll be inviting you to dive into the uncertainty of asking “what is it that we would set out to do if we took the evidence of the nature and climate crises at face value and knew that we couldn’t fail in delivery of our solutions?”

  • 1. Discover Peak Connection with Nature & Future Generations

Our offsite will immerse every member of your team in environments chosen to help them make the connection between nature, people, purpose, and business, boosting engagement and motivation. It’s not the minutes in nature that matter, but what you do in them. Work with us to make them the most impactful times of your life.

  • 2. Explore what Peak Possibility would mean for your business

We will bring alive the challenges that businesses and the planet face through live business case studies, such as putting nature on the board of directors and asking “what would nature think of our strategy and delivery?” This will unlock some wild possibilities, leapfrogging minor, forgettable “innovations” and landing at significant new ideas. It’s on Peak Possibility that you’ll find the first answers to the ‘what would you do if you couldn’t fail?’ question

  • 3. Reach Peak Commitment

Build plans and find the stakeholders and partners to turn the world’s most important ideas into practical action at a speed and scale that nature and future generations would celebrate.

We’ll help you to commit as an organisation, using our coaching and community resources to achieve action and new mindset across your organisation.

Creating offsite impact that lasts

The Nature of Thriving has been designed as an impactful offsite experience that participants will remember for life. The sweetest transformation impact is catalysed when board commitments to deliver on Net Zero and nature recovery are fired up by an appropriate level of insight and desire for change by the people who are essential to making change happen.

We provide the experiences, space and support for participants’ to recalibrate their connection to nature and and role in shaping the future. Teams will leave the programme with a detailed consensus of the first steps that they can take on return to work to fully consider, resource and implement the possibilities that they’ve imagined with us; once the first steps are locked in, fresh steps and new directions are guaranteed. If sustaining the momentum needs additional support, we are here to support you for as long as you need, working on a fixed day rate on a draw-down basis to suit our clients’ needs.

Are you ready to be our next lead?

We are looking for a select group of five forward-thinking organisations to join us on a research project to explore those three peaks of change and possibility. Partners will be encouraged to share learning peer to peer. We will only be working with organisations who want to bring nature as a stakeholder and future generations thinking into their organisation to join us, for a series of exclusive and immersive offsites for their team, starting in Autumn 2023.

If you think that might be you hit Apply below.

Why?

Businesses of every size in all sectors are at a crossroads where they must choose whether to shape their work to maximise the chance of thriving in a rapidly changing future, or put off asking the tough questions and wait to be shaped by the emergencies and crises that unroll daily in the world around us.

Our retreat will equip you and your business leaders to be bold in the face of climate emergency and empowered to communicate and act on the challenges of today and tomorrow, working on your company’s specific transition plans.

  • The biggest reward your best employees can have is knowing that they’re doing work that maximises the impact they make at the intersection of capability, values and passion.

  • Our unique offsite programmes can challenge your whole business to get future-ready, thinking about nature as a true stakeholder in everything that you do. We’re not here to explore incremental change, but help you get ready for the future.

  • You may have heard about the Three Peaks Challenge. Raising money or kudos by climbing mountains that hundreds of thousands have climbed before. Imagine the power that could be released if you shifted your view from trying to conquer nature to connecting with it?
